Booking Confirmation

All bookings for safari, accommodation, entry permits, or other services are confirmed only after successful payment. Once confirmed, bookings are subject to the refund conditions mentioned below.

Cancellation & Refund

However, refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • 100% refund for Cancellation of safari or rooms by ATR due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or administrative reasons

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy:
    • Cancellations made before 48 hours of check-in will receive a 75% refund on total cost.
    • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours of check-in will receive a 50% refund on total cost.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours of check-in will receive NO refund on total cost.

In approved cases, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within the stipulated processing time.
