Booking Confirmation
All bookings for safari, accommodation, entry permits, or other services are confirmed only after successful payment. Once confirmed, bookings are subject to the refund conditions mentioned below.
Cancellation & Refund
However, refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
100% refund for Cancellation of safari or rooms by ATR due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or administrative reasons
- Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made before 48 hours of check-in will receive a 75% refund on total cost.
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours of check-in will receive a 50% refund on total cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours of check-in will receive NO refund on total cost.
In approved cases, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within the stipulated processing time.

If a visitor fails to report on the scheduled date and time for safari or accommodation, no refund will be provided.
Changes to booking date, time, or number of visitors are subject to availability and approval by ATR authorities. Modification requests do not guarantee a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on bank or payment gateway procedures.
Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
ATR shall not be liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, wildlife movement, or emergencies.
The decision of Anamalai Tiger Reserve management shall be final and binding in all matters related to refunds.
