These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Anamalai Tiger Conservation Foundation Tamilnadu Trust’s website, located at www.atrpollachi.org.

Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements:

  • “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refers to you, the person logging on to this website and complying with the Company’s terms and conditions.
  • “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us”, refers to our Company (Anamalai Tiger Conservation Foundation Tamilnadu Trust).
  • “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves.

Reservation Policy

  • Room Rates: All room rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates are confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from atrpollachi.org.
  • Payment: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due upon check-in.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy:
    • Cancellations made before 48 hours of check-in will receive a 75% refund on total cost.
    • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours of check-in will receive a 50% refund on total cost.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours of check-in will receive NO refund on total cost.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 12:30 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner. The Trust is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pollachi, Tamil Nadu.
